We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Akasa Clean Energy Pvt Limited. Key Responsibilities:

Respond to basic customer queries via phone, email, or chat regarding orders and deliveries
Track shipments and share updates with customers

Assist in order processing, cancellations, and returns
Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
Escalate complex issues to senior team members
Support documentation work such as invoices, delivery details, etc.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers for pending issues
