💼 Key Responsibilities:

📞 Handle inbound & outbound calls for M-Pocket onboarding, loan collection, and recovery.

📝 Maintain customer records and update information in the system.

🤝 Communicate effectively to resolve queries & concerns.

📌 Job Requirements:

🔸 Age Limit: 18 to 35 years

📍 Location: Candidates should reside within 1–13 km of the office.

🎓 Education: Minimum 12th pass (preferred).

👥 Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply!

⏰ Shift Timings (Rotational):

🔹 8 AM - 5 PM

🔹 9 AM - 6 PM

🔹 10 AM - 7 PM

💰 Salary Structure:

✅ Starting Salary: ₹15,282/month

💸 Incentives: Up to ₹10,000

📈 Increment: 1000 After every 6 months
