Job Description

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in enquiries.

  • Explain slimming/weight-management packages and services.

  • Schedule and reschedule client appointments.

  • Follow up with leads and existing customers.

  • Maintain customer records and appointment details.

  • Coordinate with therapists, nutritionists, and clinic staff.

  • Collect feedback and resolve basic customer complaints.

  • Support the clinic in achieving enquiry-to-appointment targets.

  • Good communication skills

  • Customer-service and convincing skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Pleasant personality and professional attitude.

  • Ability to follow up with customers and meet targets.

  • Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.
