📞 About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Inbound Customer Support Executives to join the Airtel Payments Bank customer support team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers as well as experienced candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls related to Airtel Payments Bank products and services.

- Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions, and banking services.

- Resolve customer concerns with a focus on first-call resolution.

- Update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and data security guidelines.

✅ Eligibility

- 12th Pass or Graduate

- Freshers are welcome to apply

- 0–2 years of customer support/BPO experience preferred

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi

- Must be able to understand, speak, and translate English

- Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills
