Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

We are currently hiring Customer Support Executives for leading organizations. This role involves handling customer interactions, providing exceptional support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Graduate
