We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Customer/Technical Support team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to begin their careers in IT support. The selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training in Mysore before being deployed to operational locations.
Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network-related issues
Document incidents, solutions, and other technical information in the support system
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as necessary
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution and professional communication
Adhere to defined service level agreements (SLAs) and processes
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and operating systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
Duration: 1 to 2 months
Location: Mysore (accommodation and food provided during training)
Coverage: Technical skills, product knowledge, communication, and tools
CTC: ₹2 – ₹2.7LPA (based on performance and final round)
Cab Facility: Yes, both pick-up and drop provided
