Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our support team as Customer Support Executives. This is a remote role where you will engage with customers via voice or chat, ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively in both English and Telugu.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls and chats in English and Telugu.

  • Resolve customer issues with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
