Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our support team as Customer Support Executives. This is a remote role where you will engage with customers via voice or chat, ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively in both English and Telugu.
Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls and chats in English and Telugu.
Resolve customer issues with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
Provide information about products, services, and order statuses.
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Proficiency in English and Telugu (spoken and written).
A personal laptop with Windows 10 OS and Intel i5 processor or higher.
Reliable internet connection.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
