Key Responsibilities
● Answer all incoming calls from all stakeholders, and leads generated via marketing campaigns.
● Provide clear information about onboarding, processes, and issue resolution.
● Handle queries in a polite, professional, and empathetic manner.
● Maintain call records, feedback, and escalate complex issues when required
● Act as the first point of contact of the company, ensuring a positive customer experience.
● Build trust and rapport with all stakeholders.
● Share updates and follow-ups with the internal team regarding customer concerns.
Skills & Qualifications
● Female candidate with strong communication skills.
● Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi (mandatory)
● Prior experience in customer support / tele calling / call center roles preferred.
● Ability to handle diverse customer profiles with patience and professionalism.
● Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, call logs).
● Empathetic, problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask.
