🎯 Role: Grievance Specialist – Customer Experience
As a Grievance Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing customer experience by resolving issues efficiently and collaborating across teams.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve daily customer grievances with clear and timely communication
Handle end-to-end grievance cases, coordinating with partners, technicians, and internal teams
Ensure adherence to SLAs and improve CX metrics (CSAT, Ticket Aging, Resolution %, TAT)
Share Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to drive process improvements
Identify recurring issues and operational bottlenecks impacting resolution time
✅ Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Education & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline
2–3 years of experience in customer grievance handling
Minimum 2 years in a customer/partner-facing role (startup experience preferred)
🧠 Skills Required
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
Basic data handling and Excel proficiency
Experience with CRM tools and customer support platforms
