Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an E-Wallet process. Candidates will handle customer queries through calls and emails and provide timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls and emails.
Assist with refund-related queries and account cancellation requests.
Provide account-related information and guidance.
Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 6 months of relevant customer support experience preferred.
Candidates with 1–4 months of relevant experience may also be considered.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
Must be comfortable handling both voice and non-voice processes.
Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Salary: ₹23,000–₹25,000 per month
