Work From Home | Customer Support Associate (Voice + Chat)
We are hiring Customer Support Associates for a blended process (voice + chat) with a leading quick-commerce brand. This is a 100% work-from-home role.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and chats.
Resolve customer queries related to orders, delivery and refunds.
Maintain quality, accuracy and response-time standards.
Shift and Working Days
24x7 rotational shifts.
6 days working with 1 rotational week off.
8 working hours plus 1 break.
Eligibility
12th Pass or Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome.
Excellent English communication is mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge required.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Mandatory System Requirements (candidate's own setup)
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 or above, Intel i3 10th Gen or above, Intel i5 8th Gen or above, or Intel i7 6th Gen or above.
Windows 10 or Windows 11.
Minimum 8 GB RAM.
SSD storage.
Minimum 50 Mbps stable Wi-Fi.
Power backup is mandatory.
Original Aadhaar required for verification.
