Job Description – Customer Success Associate (Insurance Process)

Location: Kharadi, Pune | On-site | Transcom

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our team and handle outbound customer calls, provide excellent support, and assist customers with Health, Motor, and Life Insurance queries. This is a domestic voice process offering strong growth opportunities.

Requirements :-

• Education: Any Graduate

• Experience: Freshers & experienced can apply

• Experienced candidates must have 6 months–1 year experience in insurance/sales/customer service

• Age: 18–30 years

• Languages: Excellent English (mandatory)

• Knowing Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam/Oriya/Assamese is preferred

• Must be comfortable in a target-driven role

Responsibilities :-

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Understand customer needs & recommend suitable insurance plans

• Explain product features, benefits & pricing

• Build strong rapport & ensure customer satisfaction

• Achieve sales & service targets

• Maintain CRM records & follow-up

• Stay updated with insurance products & guidelines

Shifts & Working Days :-

• Male: Rotational shifts (24×7)

• Female: Day shift up to 8 PM

• 6 days working

Interview Process

HR Round → Versant (Level 6) → Written Test → Operations Round → Client Round

Additional Information :-

• Freshers must know at least one regional language (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam/Oriya/Assamese)

• Strong communication & neutral accent required
