Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring excellent service standards, responding efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Provide product/service information, troubleshoot issues, and follow up to ensure resolution.

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.

• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies.

• Support sales and marketing teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

• Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
