We are looking for Customer service associate to join our team ISON. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle requests by responding to customers' requests for information, assistance, or services
2. Manage inbound and outbound calls by effectively handling incoming and outgoing customer interactions while ensuring clear communication and issue resolution
3. Provide product or service information by offering detailed insights about products and services including features, benefits, and troubleshooting tips
4. Respond to customer inquiries and handle requests via phone calls
5. Manage customer complaints and provide timely solutions
6. Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication
Shift timing:
For females: Any 9-hour shift from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM (including one hour break)
For males: Any 9-hour shift from 12:00 PM to 6:00 AM. (including one hour break)
Other requirements
1. Computer skills: Should be able to navigate a computer with basic computer handling skills
2. Minimum qualification: 12th or diploma or 10th plus two years of ITI
3. Typing speed: 20 WPM with 80% accuracy
4. Age limit: Minimum 18 years to 35 years
Salary
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
