Job Summary for a Tele Counsellor :

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced tele Counsellor to provide emotional support, guidance, and therapy to individuals, groups, or families.

You'll work collaboratively with clients to identify and achieve their goals, promoting mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build rapport with clients: Establish trust and rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

2. Provide emotional support: Offer emotional support, guidance, and empathy to clients.

3. Foster client engagement: Encourage client participation and engagement in the therapeutic process.

4. Monitor client progress: Track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

5. Maintain professional boundaries: Establish and maintain professional boundaries in a virtual setting.

1. Graduate or Fresher in relevant educational background and training.
