Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads or sales.Handle inbound calls and provide information or resolve queries efficiently.Promote products or services and explain features, benefits, and pricing.Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate details.Follow up on leads, feedback, and pending customer inquiries.Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.Prepare and submit call reports to the team leader or manager.
