Customer Sales Executive

We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and child-friendly Caretaker to oversee the daily operations of our Kids Fun Centre. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for children, while also supporting parents, staff, and management in maintaining smooth centre operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist parents and children upon arrival.

• Answer questions, provide information about centre facilities, and handle basic customer inquiries or concerns.

• Monitor children during play to ensure safety and prevent injuries.

• Enforce centre rules and safety protocols.

• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of play areas, equipment, and common areas.

• Report damages or safety hazards to management promptly.

• Encourage inclusive, safe, and fun play among children.

• Support children who may be anxious or require additional care.

• Monitor inventory of supplies and notify manager when restocking is needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with children (e.g. daycare, school, camp, or similar) preferred.

• Passionate about child care and development.

• Friendly, patient, and responsible personality.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
