Customer Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from potential and existing customers. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing product or service information, and converting inquiries into successful sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from customers

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

• Convert inbound leads into sales opportunities and completed sales

• Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and promotions

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system

• Resolve customer questions or concerns professionally and efficiently

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

• Follow company policies, scripts, and quality standards

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
