Sales Executive (E-commerce) – Female Preferred

📍 Location: Surat (Ring Road / Delhi Gate Area)
🕒 Timing: Full-Time (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and website
Assist customers with product details and close sales
Follow up with leads and convert them into orders
Share catalogs and product information with customers
Maintain daily sales and customer records

Requirements:

Good English communication (spoken & written)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
Strong customer handling and convincing skills
Prior experience in sales or e-commerce is preferred
