Core Responsibilities:
Inbound Calls:
Answer customer calls promptly and professionally.
Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
Handle complaints with empathy and escalate when necessary.
Provide product/service information clearly.
Outbound Calls:
Follow up on customer queries, pending cases, or service updates.
Contact customers for feedback, renewals, or service reminders.
Call Management:
Maintain high call quality standards (tone, clarity, resolution rate).
Manage call queues efficiently to minimize customer wait time.
Log each interaction accurately in the CRM.
Chat Process
Respond to customer queries in real-time via live chat.
Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously without compromising quality.
Provide accurate, concise, and friendly responses.
Follow pre-defined scripts when necessary, but personalize responses when appropriate.
Lead Handling
Answer inbound calls from potential clients seeking home healthcare services.
Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, marketing leads, and referrals.
Understand the caller’s requirements (patient condition, care type, service duration, location, budget).
Capture all details accurately in the CRM or lead management system.
Individual Performance, Sales & KPI
Your role requires consistent achievement of individual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Performance will be assessed on daily, weekly, and monthly results, including lead conversion rates, timely lead allocation, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and adherence to quality standards. Meeting or exceeding sales targets is mandatory for incentive eligibility and will be a key factor in your performance evaluation.
