Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Customer Support & Sales Executive to join our team at Firstroot Solution Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales through effective follow-ups, and handling essential back-office administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential leads, introduce our products/services, and convert inquiries into sales.

• Client Relationship: Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients to ensure high engagement and satisfaction.

• Customer Support: Address incoming customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about our offerings.

• Back-Office Operations: Manage daily data entry, maintain client records in Excel/CRM, and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.

• Documentation: Handle basic office documentation and coordinate with the team for smooth operational flow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic internet browsing.

• Sales Acumen: Ability to persuade and convince clients with a polite and professional attitude.

• Multitasking: Capable of balancing calling duties with administrative back-office responsibilities.
