We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, chat, and social media.

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt, accurate solutions.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.

Sales

  • Contact potential and existing customers to explain products and services.

  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

  • Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

  • Upsell and cross-sell products or services whenever appropriate.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Update CRM with customer interactions and sales activities.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and customer support metrics.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve customer experience.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven sales and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

  • 0–3 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or sales.

  • Experience in BPO, e-commerce, or digital marketing companies will be an added advantage.
