Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Customer Sales Executive who is confident in communication, persuasive in sales, and skilled in handling customer queries and issues over calls. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, a problem-solving mindset, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote company products/services.

• Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Manage and resolve customer queries, objections, and concerns in a calm and professional manner.

• Follow up with potential leads to ensure successful conversion.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or tele-sales.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving ability and patience while dealing with customers.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and call handling tools is an added advantage.

• Fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.

• Quick learner and adaptable to new tools and processes.

• Team player with a positive attitude.
