Operations & Customer Experience Executive

📍 Location: Surat (On-site role)

🧠 Who We’re Looking For:

A sharp, proactive, and well-organized professional who can manage day-to-day operations efficiently while ensuring an exceptional customer journey. Prior experience in similar roles will be a great advantage.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations Management

Maintain and update Customer and Sales data consistently.

Coordinate with internal teams for accurate order processing and record-keeping.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Deliver top-tier customer service, from order confirmation to post-sale support.

Ensure timely communication and build long-term customer trust.

3. Logistics Coordination:

Follow up with logistics partners & customers on a daily basis ensuring smooth delivery experience to customers.

Ensure smooth dispatch and timely delivery of orders and follow up with undelivered orders and escalate with logistics in real time.

4. ORDER PROCESSING, Recording & ISSUE OF REQUIRED materials.
Ensure smooth communication with workshop to timely process the order and maintaing the purchase records and issue required materials if any, for the purpose of fulfillment of the order.

💼 Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as per role requirement)

• Based in Surat

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Experience in operations/customer support/logistics preferred

• Proficiency in basic MS Excel / CRM tools will be a plus
