Customer Relationship Manager

About the Role:

• We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our post-production team at Zero Gravity Photography, one of India’s leading premium wedding photography brands.

• You’ll play a key role in ensuring every client’s journey — from shoot completion to final delivery — is smooth, delightful, and unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the post-production and delivery phase.

• Manage timelines for all deliverables — edited photos, videos, albums, and print products.

• Coordinate album design approvals, revisions, and print orders with design and printing teams.

• Collaborate with photographers, editors, designers, and vendors to ensure high-quality output.

• Track production milestones and proactively update clients on progress.

• Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

• Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining ZGP’s premium service standards.

• Keep CRM/project trackers updated with client information and order statuses.

• Proactively follow up for feedback, testimonials, and potential referrals.

• Upsell and cross-sell ZGP’s premium products and services to enhance revenue.

• Take ownership of escalations and ensure complete client satisfaction.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 2–3 years in client servicing, coordination, or CRM roles (photography, media, or event industry preferred).

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

• Strong multitasking and organizational ability.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel / CRM tools.

• Positive, empathetic, and client-focused attitude.

• Languages: English & Tamil.
