Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Srikara Builders. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Architecture /Interior. The role offers ₹21000 - ₹36000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

• Engage with customers to understand their interests and preferences in Laiton crafts.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and availability.

• Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.

  Issue Resolution:

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution when necessary.

  Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved to their satisfaction.

  Administrative Tasks: o Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Update customer information in the database during and after each call or correspondence.

• Team Collaboration: o Work closely with other departments such as sales, shipping, and product development to ensure seamless customer service.

• Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

• Sales Associate

  Sales Techniques:

• Utilize effective sales strategies to encourage purchases and upselling.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Laiton craftsmanship, including the history, techniques, and artists involved.

Handling Transactions: Process sales transactions efficiently and manage payment systems.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

• High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Flexible shift.
