🎓 Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering required.
🌐 Language Skills: Fluent in English, Hindi, plus one regional language.
📞 Experience: Prior 1–6+ years in BPO
🛠 Core Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end motor insurance claims—from intimation through documentation, survey coordination (police, garages, surveyors), to settlement in.indeed.com+1shine.com+1.
Maintain timely follow-ups, ensure SLAs/TATs are met, and update all interactions and claim statuses in CRM.
🤝 Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main contact for customers, surveyors, garages, and internal teams (underwriting, finance, tech) to streamline the claims process .
📊 CRM & Reporting: Log interactions accurately; manage MIS dashboards, reports, and escalate as needed to improve process efficiency.
🧩 Environment & Schedule: Tech-driven, KPI/SLA-centric setting; 5 working days with 2 rotational weekend offs.
