We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing clients for Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), and Secured Loans, ensuring smooth loan processing, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a good understanding of loan products and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, acquire, and manage clients for Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Secured Loans.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with customers and banking partners.
• Understand client needs and provide the right loan products with complete financial guidance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for PL, BL, and secured loan products.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company and banking guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external banking partners to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements :
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in banking/financial sales (PL, BL, or Secured Loans mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of banking products, financial documentation, and loan processes.
• Target-driven with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
