Require Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Female

Department: Sales & Customer Support

Reporting To: Management

Education: Graduate (Any stream, MBA preferred)

Experience: 1–3 years in Customer Relationship / Sales Support / Tele-calling / Client Handling

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred)

• Polite and professional behavior

• Convincing and negotiation ability

• Customer service orientation

• computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM software)

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients

• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve queries politely

• Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, orders, and payments

• Maintain customer records in CRM software/system

• Coordinate with sales and accounts team for smooth operations

• Build trust and ensure customer satisfaction

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
