Record and track new leads from calls, WhatsApp, emails, and references
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through regular follow-up
3. Sales Coordination:-
Support the sales team with visit planning and customer coordination
Share customer requirements with the sales team
Record visit feedback and action points
4. Quotation & Order Processing
Coordinate order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery
5. CRM & Data Management
Update lead status, order history, and follow-up schedules
Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation
6. Complaint & Service Handling
Register customer complaints related to quality, delivery, or pricing
Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution
Ensure customer satisfaction after issue resolution
7. Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM and sales reports
Track pending payments and outstanding follow-ups
Share customer feedback and market insights with management
