Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer data in CRM system
• Follow up with leads, customers, and internal teams
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Prepare daily / weekly CRM reports
• Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy
• Support customer retention and relationship management

Requirements:

• Any graduate / diploma
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)
• Good communication skills (Tamil mandatory, Hindi/English added advantage)
• Ability to follow up and handle customers politely
• Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
