Job Title: Operations Executive (Inbound & Outbound Calling)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary:

Fresher: ₹14,000 in hand

Experienced: ₹14,000 – ₹22,000 in hand (Based on interview performance; no figure to be committed)

Shift: 9 hours between 8 AM – 8 PM

Working Days: 6 days/week (Rotational week off)

No Night Shifts | No Incentives

Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic individuals for our Operations team to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain services, and generate leads. This is a target-driven role with strong focus on communication and customer handling.

Eligibility:

Age: 18-32 years

Qualification: HSC or Graduate (Fresher/Experienced)

Experience: Freshers welcome; UG with min. 6 months experience accepted

Skills: Good communication, basic computer knowledge, goal-oriented

Must be okay with 6 hours of calling per day
