Role: Customer Service (100% Voice – Inbound Calling)

Shift Timings:

👨 Male: Rotational Shifts (24×7 – including Night Shifts)

👩 Female: 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM (Day Shift 9.5 Hours Shift)
