WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER WHO CAN TAKE CALLS FROM CUSTOMER AND ANSWER THEIR QUERIES AS WELL AS CALL CUSTOMERS FROM OUR ONLINE DATABASE TO CONFIRM ORDERS OR UNDERSTAND ANY GRIEVIANCES THAT THE CUSTOMER MIGHT BE FACING AND MAINTAINING AN EXCEL DATABASE FOR THE SAME . THEY SHOULD REPRESENT OUR COMPANY AND MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER CAN TRUST US AND CREATE A POSITIVE IMAGE FOR OUR COMPANY . THIS JOB WILL ALSO INVOLVE CONTACTING VENDORS AND OUR DEALERS FOR INFORMATION
