Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRM Executive/Manager to manage our Customer Relationship Management system and ensure seamless customer engagement. The role involves handling customer queries, maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing data, and supporting sales/marketing teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the CRM database with accurate customer information.

Handle inbound and outbound customer communications (calls, emails, messages).

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve customer engagement.

Track customer interactions, feedback, and service history in the CRM system.

Generate CRM reports to support business decisions and campaigns.

Monitor customer satisfaction levels and propose improvement strategies.

Assist in planning and executing loyalty programs, campaigns, and retention initiatives.

Ensure timely follow-ups to build long-term client relationships.

Stay updated with CRM tools and industry best practices.
