We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Customer Relationship Manager to join our real estate team. The role involves engaging potential buyers over phone calls, qualifying leads, promoting property listings, and scheduling site visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
Present property details clearly and persuasively to generate interest.
Qualify leads by understanding buyer preferences (budget, location, configuration, documents).
Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and sales teams.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales conversion targets.
Provide professional customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize call scripts and promotional campaigns.
🛠️ Required Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Knowledge of real estate market trends and property types (apartments, luxury homes, plots).
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp-based communication.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
