Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Choice Equity Broking Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to any industry. Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
