Job Summary

Packtek Packaging is looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Manager to strengthen customer relationships and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have experience in customer relationship management, order coordination, and client support.

This role is critical in ensuring exceptional customer service, timely order updates, and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and build long-term business relationships.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.

• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and deliveries.

• Manage customer orders from order confirmation to final delivery.

• Maintain customer databases, order records, and CRM reports.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and escalations.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM and customer service reports.

• Coordinate with the sales team to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Collect customer feedback and recommend improvements to products and services.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.

• Support management with customer analytics, reports, and business insights.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

• Experience with ERP or CRM software will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• MBA (Marketing/Operations) will be an added advantage.

• 1–4 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales Coordination, or Client Relationship Management.

• Experience in a manufacturing or packaging company will be preferred.
