Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

As a Customer Care Executive at Client MNC client, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and seamless coordination of logistics and warehouse-related issues. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and portal related to shipments, inventory, delivery status, and documentation.

• Coordinate with operations, transport, and warehouse teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Track shipments, prepare daily MIS reports, and share regular updates with clients.

• Log and escalate service issues, delays, damages, or discrepancies to the relevant department.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Monitor service levels, TATs (Turn Around Time), and ensure adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements).

• Support documentation processes including invoicing, GRN, POD (Proof of Delivery), and gate pass generation.

• Assist in customer onboarding and system training when required.

• Gather client feedback and report suggestions or complaints to improve service quality.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu language.

• Basic knowledge of logistics operations, warehousing processes, and transportation modes.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and tracking tools.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues under pressure.

• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com / BBA / BA).

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain domain.

• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Working Conditions:

• 6-day working week (as per warehouse operations).

• Office or warehouse-based location with regular interaction with internal teams and clients.

CTC:

• per month INR 24000 to 28000 net pay plus PF, ESIC and Statutory bonus
