Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive CRM Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with our customers. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, maintaining client databases, coordinating with the sales and operations teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Collect customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Support marketing and sales teams in client retention and engagement activities.
Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and satisfaction levels.

Good command of MS Office and CRM tools.
Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving ability.
