Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM professional to manage and enhance the post-sales experience for our clients in the construction/real estate sector. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers after booking, ensuring timely communication, smooth documentation, payment coordination, and handover processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding:

  • Welcome and guide customers through the onboarding process after booking confirmation.

  • Ensure all client details are accurately captured and updated in the CRM system.

• Documentation & Agreements:

  • Coordinate the execution of Sales Agreements, Allotment Letters, and other legal documents.

  • Ensure timely collection of necessary documents from customers.

• Payment Coordination:

  • Track payment schedules as per the agreed payment plan.

  • Follow up with customers for timely payments and send reminders.

  • Coordinate with the accounts/finance team to ensure payment reconciliation.

• Customer Communication:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all post-sales queries.

  • Provide regular project updates (construction progress, approvals, etc.).

  • Handle complaints or concerns and ensure prompt resolution.

• Handover & Possession:

  • Plan and coordinate the handover process with clients.

  • Ensure units are ready as per commitment and manage snag lists if any.

  • Facilitate registration, society formation, and maintenance transfer processes.

• CRM System Management:

  • Maintain updated records of customer interactions and project progress.

  • Generate reports on customer status, payment schedules, and pending issues.

Key Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer handling and relationship management

• Proficiency in CRM software .

• Basic knowledge of legal documents and compliance in real estate

• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

• Attention to detail and organizational skills
