💼 Role Overview:

Looking for a supportive and friendly person to handle existing clients, ensure smooth communication, and help them stay consistent in their fitness journey.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Handle client follow-ups and support calls (no sales)

• Assist clients with queries and program guidance

• Ensure client satisfaction and retention

• Coordinate with internal teams (nutritionists/trainers)

• Maintain client records in Excel/CRM

• Build strong relationships with clients

🎯 Eligibility:

• 12th pass or above

• Freshers & experienced can apply

• Good communication in Tamil & English

• Basic Excel knowledge
