Key Responsibilities
Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to solar inquiries.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, field campaigns, and other sources.
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Track lead status and ensure timely progression through the sales funnel.
Coordinate with customers for quotations, documentation, and project updates.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly lead and sales reports.
Support customer engagement initiatives and maintain high response rates.
Assist in achieving monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
Desired Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with calling and customer follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of CRM software, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
