Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain customer data, and support retention activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of Excel and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update customer database in CRM system
Perform customer follow-up calls (offers, feedback, reminders)
Handle customer queries and complaints
Prepare daily/weekly reports using Excel (MIS reports)
Support customer retention and re-engagement activities
Ensure all customer data is accurate and up to date
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

Any Bachelor’s Degree
0–3 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
Basic knowledge of Excel
Good communication skills (English + Local Language)
Experience in customer handling / telecalling is preferred
