Job Title: Tele Counsellor – Domestic

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 INR per month

Hike: Based on current in-hand salary and experience

Qualifications: Minimum: 12th Pass with results in hand
Graduates/Undergraduates also eligible

Experience Required: 6 months to 2 years in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales, Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
Age Limit: 18 – 34 years

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Telugu and Basic English (spoken)

Key Skills: Basic Computer Knowledge, Customer Support, Sales/Lead Generation
,Outbound Telecalling

Industry Preference: Prior experience in Lead Generation or Outbound Telecalling preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential students to inform them about Frankfinn courses

Identify student interests and invite them for free career counselling sessions at Frankfinn institutes

Maintain timely follow-ups to confirm student attendance and interest

Maintain accurate call records and feedback in the system

Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

Confident communicator with a friendly and professional tone

Self-motivated and target-driven

Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment

Able to handle objections and build rapport quickly
