Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

Task & Process Management

• Coordinate daily task lists and ensure on-time execution

• Follow up with internal teams (Sales, Design, Marketing, Accounts, etc.) for task status

• Maintain and update process trackers and delegation sheets

Reporting & Documentation

• Collect daily/weekly updates from departments and present them to reporting heads

• Document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure process adherence

• Assist in internal audits, compliance checks, and performance evaluations

Communication & Coordination

• Serve as a communication bridge between managers and team members

• Schedule and manage internal meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items

• Coordinate between clients and team (where required) to ensure project timelines are met

Issue Escalation

• Identify bottlenecks or delays in processes

• Escalate unresolved issues to senior management

• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency

Key Skills Required

• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities

• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and task tracking tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Basic understanding of internal processes in service-based companies (plus point)

Preferred Qualification

• Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.)

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, admin, or process-oriented roles

• Exposure to a structured team or agency setup is a plus
