Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and escalations.
Customer Engagement & Follow-up
Conduct regular follow-up calls with customers for feedback, repeat purchases, and special occasions.
Inform customers about new collections, promotions, festive offers, and events.
Maintain customer databases and update records accurately.
Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
Sales Support
Assist the sales team in achieving showroom sales targets.
Coordinate customer appointments and personalized consultations.
Generate leads through referrals, customer databases, and relationship-building activities.
Encourage repeat business through excellent customer service.
CRM & Data Management
Track customer interactions, purchase history, and preferences.
Prepare customer engagement and follow-up reports.
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Customer Experience Enhancement
Ensure customers receive a premium shopping experience.
Gather customer feedback and suggest service improvements.
Support showroom events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Required Qualifications
Any Graduate
1–3 years of experience in customer service, CRM, retail sales, or jewellery industry preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications.
Sales orientation and persuasive communication skills.

Preferred Experience
Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or premium customer service environments.
Knowledge of gold, diamond, gemstone, and jewellery products.
