We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist our customers with queries, complaints, and providing effective solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Roles& Responsibilites
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Document all interactions in the system for recordkeeping.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Eligibility( Upto 35)
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Immediate joiners preferred.
