Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification graduation for this role is Minimum Qualification and 1-3 year Experience Range. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 Working Days during the day Type shift.
