Job Title: Video Support Executive

Location: Pune / Mumbai (WFH options available)

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Languages Required:

• Hindi and English (for internal coordination)

• Marathi / Kannada / Telugu (any one or more preferred)

Work Options:

• Pune: Work from Home. May require field visits if issues can't be resolved remotely

• Mumbai: Fully Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide video support in Marathi, Kannada, or Telugu

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues

• Guide customers on installation and mobile app usage

• Escalate unresolved problems

• Maintain customer records and documentation

• Communicate clearly and empathetically

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass

• Fluent in Hindi and at least one of Marathi, Kannada, or Telugu

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Immediate joiners preferred
